    Η Ευρωπαϊκή Επιτροπή ενέκρινε την εξαγορά μέρους των δραστηριοτήτων της 21st Century Fox από την Walt Disney, υπό τη μόνη αίρεση της πλήρους συμμόρφωσης της Disney με τις δεσμεύσεις τις οποίες ανέλαβε.
