    Μια τούρτα που θα λατρέψουν μικροί και μεγάλοι. Υλικά 120ml γάλα 400γρ. σοκολάτα κουβερτούρα 6 – 7 γκοφρέτες 100γρ. φουντούκια (καβουρδισμένα) 360 ml φυτική κρέμα γάλακτος 20% λιπαρά (στο ψυγείο)   Διαδικασία Σε ένα μπεν μαρί ρίχνετε τις σπασμένες γκοφρέτες για 1 – 2 λεπτά, μέχρι να λιώσει η εξωτερική επικάλυψή τους.
